What he wrote in Japanese is nothing but ちくしょ which is sort of an all purpose Japanese swear word. It doesn’t really correspond to any English swear word, and it’s level of vulgarity really depends on the context and tone, so it’s hard to translate, but for humor’s sake we’ll just say he signed this:
